HASTINGS Rev Paul Davison 10 am

Glad to have Paul & Joy Davison and four young daughters as part of our church family after their induction. Had a pre-Christmas Candlelit Carols morning service - church was 'blacked' out and transformed as we sang carols by candlelight. Carollers called on elderly members to sing carols for a couple of nights before Christmas. A member, Mrs Isobel Cameron, transferred to Wellington after 50 years here. Kidzown (Sunday School) doing Paul's journeys each Sunday, with Youth Group members helping.

N.Z. Baptist Magazine

Since the first days of the church, Hastings Baptist submitted regular summaries of church life and events to the New Zealand Baptist Magazine.  As part of the centenary archive those updates have been collected and reproduced here.  It is a catalogue of people and moments that have shaped the church’s story.
